Returns / Exchanges
Because each sign is custom built for you; the client, we cannot accept returns.
If there was a mispelling or numerical error that was not on your accepted proof, we will replace the item at no additonal charge.

In the unlikely event you need to exchange a product due to our error, please follow the outlined steps below.

Please email dom@opticom.com so that we can understand what the issue is and make preparations for a pickup or schedule an appoinment to receive your damaged merchandise.Our office is located at 2170 Oakland Road, San Jose, Ca. 95131.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Opticom does not typically grant refunds. If there is an extreme circumstance we will do our best to work with you to find a solution.

 

Shipping
To return your product, you can mail your product to: 2170 Oakland Road, San Jose, Ca. 95131.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If there was an error on our part, we will ship or deliver the item at our cost. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
